Story-:
Thuwal offers a mesmerizing view of a picturesque village situated on the ban ks of a river where the villagers depen d on fishing for their livelihood. The co mmunity thrives on the bounty of the river, and when the water level reced es, they hunt in the forest. However, th e peaceful routine is disrupted by fore st police officer Rajkumar and charact er Siva, whose interference threatens the way of life of the villagers. The sto ry explores whether the villagers can protect their livelihood from these dis turbances.

Movie Review-:
Director Rajavel brings to the fore the unique lifestyle of the Krishna river-b ased fishing industry and makes it feel fresh and original. Focusing on how vi llagers depend on the river and its res ources provides a rare cinematic glim pse into a little-known livelihood.
Ilaya’s performance as a villager is su perb. He captures the essence of rural life, whether expressing love, despair over lost fish or affirming a deep-root ed connection to his community. His p ortrayal brings credibility to the film.
Shivam, who plays the antagonist, also delivers a strong performance which a dds a tension to the storyline. The film could have benefited from a more com mercially involved approach, as it fee ls more like a documentary than a mai nstream film at times, which may mak e it difficult for some viewers to engag e.
The background music and cinematog raphy are decent and contribute to the overall feel of the film. Duval offers an in-depth look at rural life and the chall enges of maintaining a traditional way of life, which will undoubtedly resona te with fans of documentary-style stor ytelling.
