Chennai, February 20, 2025: PBPartners, th e PoSP (Point of Sales Person) arm of Pol icybazaar, is accelerating its expansion in T amil Nadu, with Chennai emerging as a key driver of insurance penetrate ion. At a rece nt PB Partners press meet in the city, Mr. D hru v Sarin, Co-founder of PB Partners, out lined the company’s 2025 expansion strate gy, emphasizing Ch hennai’s crucial role in driving insurance accessibility across the re gion.

Mr. Dhruv Sarin highlighted Chennai’s grow ing importance, stating, “Chennai is quickly becoming one of India’s most dynamic insur ance markets, driven by increasing financial literacy and evolving consumer needs. Our goal is to make insu surance more access ible, transparent  a nd tailored to our custo mers’ needs. Currently, Chennai is among o ur top five markets, recording an impressi ve 62% ye ar-on-year growth. Tamil Nadu contributes 24% to our overall business, w ith a robust network of 12,000+ agents acr oss the state, including 2,500+ in Chennai.”

New Milestone – Launch of PBPartners Exp erience Center in Chennai

The launch of our Experience Center in  Che nnai marks a significant step in strengtheni ing PB Partner’s commitment to this marke t. This facility aims to train an d upskill age nt partners through structured learning mo dules and interactive sessions, provide on-ground operational support for policy issu ance, renewals, and claims processing, and offer dedicated customer engagement zon e where policyholders can seek expert advi ce, resolve queries, and access personalize d in surance solutions.

We plan to open 10 more Experience Center s in the city in the coming few years,” added Mr. Sarin. 

The Future Roadmap

Talking about the future roadmap, Mr. Dhru hruv Sarin added, “Currently we operate in 18,000+ pin codes out of 19,100 across In dia, with a strong network of nearly 3 lakh agent partners. We aim to grow from 18,0 00 to nearly 19,000 pin codes. By increasin g density in every region, we are committed to making insurance more accessible and inclusive for all.
