Story -:
There are increasing cases of couples who fall in love and end up getting divorced afte r marriage, even dealing with minor proble ms, something like the North Korea-South Korea conflict. What is the reason for such a separation? The plot of ‘K.M. – K.P.’ is to tell the story with love. The hero Vignesh Ravi and the heroine Saranya Ravichandran, who work in the IT industry, fall in love and get married. Vignesh Ravi wants to quit his job due to his desire for cinema and try to d irect a film. His wife Saranya, who underst ands his desire, encourages and supports him.
They start their married life with the admi ration that a couple should be like th is…!, but eventually they fight over mino or thing s. Although the problems betwe een the two are very normal, their circumstances make it worse, and at one poi nt they decide to se parate. Did their decision separate them per manently? Or did it lead to them understand ding each ot her again and coming togethe r? I am sa ying this with emotion, ‘K. MU – K. PI

Movie Review -:
I have only seen crime thriller and action g enre films in a linear manner. But for the fi rst time, debutant director Pushpa nathan Arumugam has told a love story i n a linear manner and has moved the fil m in an inter esting way.
Vignesh Ravi and Saranya Ravichandran ,w ho were playing small roles, have made th eir debut as the hero and heroine of the sto ry through this film. Although they do not h ave star status, both of them have carried the entire film through their performances. Although their screen presence seems art ificial in some places i n the love scenes, th ey travel realistically in the scenes where th ey fight as husband and wife and make the audience travel with them.
Although Niranjan’s atrocity, who wants to c ontrol his wife, causes laughter in the thea ter, the scene where Abhirami Murugesan, who plays his wife, expresses the frustrati ons of women, causes great resonance.
Even those who appear in small roles like T .S.K., Priyadarshini, Kabali Perumal, Captai n Anand pass by in a way that attracts the attention of the audience. Event though onl
y one song, “Iraviye…”, is featuured in the music of composer Darshan Ravi Kumar an d lyrics by Jagan Kaviraj, it is a beautiful so ng that makes us want to listen to it again and again and makes us mutter our lips. T he calm and modera te background music has traveled to convey the feelings of the c haracters to the audience.
Cinematographer G.M. Sundar, without try ing to perform any magic with his camera, has visualized the plot naturally li ke the st orytellers. I am a love story e story told in a
linear manner. Although the story is told in two ways, one is real and the other is imagi nary, editor Sivara aj Parameswaran has ne atly edited the scenes so that the audience can understnd and it without any confusion.
Director Pushpanathan Arumugam has ma de the question of why many people who fa ll in love and get married end up getting div orced without living with the same amount of love after marriage a plot point and has also explained the solution in a very clear way.
Although the reason why many couples wh o marry for love against their parents do not have a proper understanding after marriage is because of small problems that we cann ot imagine, Director Pushp anathan Arumu gam touches the hearts of the audience by telling them with love and the pain of sepa ration how their uninformed minds magnify them and cre ate arift in their lives.
Experienced actors and actresses, grand io se sets, colorful song scenes, leading come dy actors who bite and bite in the name of comedy, leading character actors who grind the flour they have ground in the name of a dvice, without expecting a ll this, those who watch this film will get answers to question s like what is the co mmitment of marriage? Why do we sho w the same care for our bel oved and not show it to our wife? And the w ay to mak e love last in life will also be born n. Overa ll K M K PI teaches us how to love after marriage.
