
CHENNAI WELCOMES A MAGICAL SUMM ER WITH HELLO KITTY AND FRIEN DS FUN FAIR AT PHOENIX MARKET CITY!
Chennai, May 5th 2025: Phoenix Marketcit y, Chennai officially opened the doo rs to H oliday Land with the grand launch of Hello Kitty and Friends Fun Fair – a spectacular celebration that brought imag ination to life for children and families a cross the city recently.
At the heart of this celebration was the mag nificent decor – a vibrant, carnival-insjpired installation designed to transport visitors in to the charming world of H ello Kitty and Fri ends. With towering cir cus tents, spinning wheels, cushioned sli des, and mini Ferris w heels, every eleme nt of the décor was thou ghtfully curated to evoke joy, nostalgia, and wonder. The installation also featured overi sized Sanr io mascots and characters like H ello Kitt y, My Melody, Pompompurin, Kerop pi and Badtz-Maru — inviting little ones int o a lively setting bursting with colour, music , lights, and laughter.
The event welcomed over 30 mom influenc ers and their children, who were am ong the first to explore this immersive space. Guest s enjoyed a series of engaging ing activities including creative DIY cor ners by SkilloDIY Parties, delightful nail art sessions by Nails & Beyond, tasty tre ats from in-house F&B partners, and cheerful photobooth corners to capture the day’s magic.
As part of the Holiday Land celebrations , P hoenix Market city also hosted the “A Slice of Fun” Bento Cake Workshop on April 26th and 27th in collaboration wit h Food Consul ate. Kids had a blast decor ating their own b ento cakes, adding a sw eet and creative to uch to the magical world of Holiday Land.
The excitement continues at Phoenix Mark etcity, with a lineup of engaging activities t hat have already delighted visitors and mo re fun still to come! On May 3rd and 4th, kid s aged 4 and above enjoyed a variety of DIY Activities, craft ing their own stuffed toys, designing cool caps, a nd creating adorable candles. The sessi ons were a huge hit, spa rking creativity and joy in young minds! But the fun doe sn’t stop there! On May 10th an d 11th, visitors aged 10 and above canunle ash t heir creativity at the Tufting Worksho p, designing vibrant Holiday Land-themed rugs to take home as a special keepsake.
Hello Kitty and Friends Fun Fair and the enc hanting world of Holiday Land will continue to spread joy all summer long, with the ins tallation live at Phoenix Marketcity until the first week of June.
