The team marked the shoot wrap on a joyful note, reflecting the same warmth and positivity that the film promises to deliver on screen.
Produced by Jayavardhan under the banner of Beyond Pictures, “Happy Raj” marks Production No.1 of the production house. The film has been envisioned as a wholesome, feel-good entertainer that resonates with audiences across age groups. Directed by Maria Elanchezian, the film has taken shape exactly as conceived—rooted in optimism, light-hearted emotions, and relatable moments that celebrate happiness in everyday life.

GV Prakash Kumar essays the titular role of Happy Raj, bringing charm, freshness, and a breezy screen presence to the character.Sri Gouri Priya plays the female lead, adding warmth and emotional depth to the narrative. A major highlight of the film is the return of evergreen actor Abbas to Tamil cinema after a long sabbatical, whose presence has already generated significant curiosity among audiences.
