Story -:
Madurai-based financier villain RJ has frequent dreams of a Pulsar accident and a Jallikattu bull run-in.
He then asks him to take his black Pulsar to Mansoor Ali Khan, a water can seller who buys finance from him.
Whoever gets hold of that pulsar, if a man and a woman go in it as a couple, they will face an accident.
As it is…Mansoor, who considers Dinesh, a man working in a water filter company, as his professional enemy, plans to kill him.
In this case, Reshma, who is in love with Dinesh, asks him to take her in a black Pulsar, for which Dinesh buys Mansoor’s Pulsar.
Mansoor happily gives it to him as he thinks that if he goes there he will meet with an accident and die.
Did Dinesh escape on the Pulsar bike, what happened to the bull who came to RJ in his dream and Pulsar. The relationship is the rest of the story.

Movie Review -:
Attakathi Dinesh once again got a good reception in the Tamil film industry with Lapar Bandhu. After that, the film in which he played the hero is Karuppu Pulsar. Although not up to the level of Lapar Bandhu, he has acted well in the role given to him. Heroine Reshma Venkatesh does not have much importance in the story. However, he has given a suitable performance for the character.
Apart from them, Mansoor Ali Khan, Saravana Subpaiah and Kalaiyarasan have also given life to those characters. Apart from them, Prankster Rahul is the one who makes some laughs in the film. Especially the scenes in the second half when Rahul and his wife go on a bike are laughable.
Although the songs were not that great in Inba’s music, the background music was good in some scenes. Bhaskar Arumuga’s cinematography and Sasi Daksha’s editing were okay.
Although there have been ghost movies in various ways in Tamil cinema, he has given a different ghost movie with a bike.Director Murali Krish. Even after thinking of such a story, the director could have made the screenplay more interesting.
The flashback scenes were good. But CG could have brought the scenes a bit more realistically. All in all, this black pulsar will definitely appeal to fans who like to watch different thriller films.
