On the other hand there is a village headman who indulges in magical efforts to stay young forever. All three stories converge at one point. Kraani is a film that tells what happened after that in the form of horror and thriller

Movie Review-:

Granny, unlike a typical horror film, has tried to show fear with an old grandmother. After a long hiatus, actress Vadivukkarasi has bagged an important role. With full make-up he is frightening in an unknown figure. As a 108-year-old man, his body language and menacing gaze add great strength to the film.

Along with him, Dileeban Bhujahendi, Singambuli, Gajaraj, Anand Nag etc. have done well in the roles given to them. Especially the way Singambuli’s character was written was excellent. It lends a hand where necessary to the course of the story.

The biggest plus point of the film is the graphics and background music used in the horror scenes. Chelliah Pandyan’s music really brings us to the edge of our seats at certain points.

Cinematographer Manikandan has shown the atmosphere of the old house in a very realistic and scary manner. However, some scenes in the second half feel a bit slow moving and there are typical horror templates at places.

No doubt this grungy movie will be a treat for horror fans. The director’s effort in making a thriller about a 108-year-old man is commendable. The film is a horror film that can be enjoyed with the family. Apart from some flaws in the film, you can definitely like Krani!
