Story -:
Jai, an IT professional, falls in love with Meenakshi Govindarajan—a young woman who has left her home and is staying in a hostel because she disapproves of her father, a government minister. After crossing paths with Meenakshi on several occasions, Jai eventually wins her heart; at one point, the couple decides to elope and get married suddenly. When they face a financial crisis, Jai manages to sustain their household by borrowing money from a local gangster, secured through a recommendation from Yogi Babu. Meanwhile, Meenakshi’s ex-boyfriend resurfaces with the intention of separating her from Jai and marrying her himself, solely to gain access to her family’s wealth.

The cottage owner, Ramachandra Raju, secretly records Jai and his wife enjoying their honeymoon in one of his cottages and watches the footage live. Ramachandra Raju treats this voyeuristic practice as a business venture, secretly filming numerous couples—much like Jai and his wife—who come to stay at his establishment. Meanwhile, Meenakshi’s father, the Minister, is actively searching for his missing daughter. The remainder of the film’s story unfolds as these various plotlines converge.

Movie Review -:
Jai, starring as the male lead, captivates the audience in his portrayal of a young IT professional. He scores high on all fronts—romance, dance, acting, emotional scenes, and expressions of affection. He is particularly noteworthy in his romantic sequences alongside the female lead, Meenakshi. Meenakshi Govindarajan, playing the female lead, delivers a realistic and natural performance; she shines in her acting, effectively conveying affection for Jai, animosity toward her father, and anger toward her friend.

Garudan Ram delivers a menacing performance as a villain. Ajay matches him stride for stride, delivering an equally formidable villainous turn. Yogi Babu’s comedy provides moments of laughter throughout the film.
Director Babu Vijay has crafted the film incorporating all the essential elements of a commercial entertainer. The screenplay moves at a brisk pace, blending romance, crime, action, and thriller genres. Although the narrative begins slowly, it gathers momentum significantly toward the climax. However, a few logical inconsistencies could have been avoided.
Girishh G’s musical score features songs that are pleasant to listen to, while the background score is enjoyable to a reasonable extent. Richard M. Nathan’s cinematography serves as a major strength for the film. As the protagonist, Jai delivers a stellar performance, as is his usual standard. Meenakshi Govindarajan captivates the audience with both her acting prowess and her charm. Yogi Babu’s comedic contribution is decent. Ramachandra Raju’s intimidating villainy adds significant strength to the film.
Every actor in the cast—including Aditya Kathir and Sathyan—has fully understood the nuances of their respective characters and delivered excellent performances.
Girishh G’s songs and background score are of a decent standard. Richard M. Nathan’s cinematography serves as an additional asset to the film.
Director Babu Vijay could have made the romantic storyline he chose even more engaging through a more compelling screenplay. Congratulations to the team.
