Story-:
Produced by Ganesh K Babu and Maran under MG Studios and Five Star Productions, Ajay Karthik, Archana Nethran, Natti Natraj, K. Bhagyaraj and VTV Ganesh in the lead roles, the film is directed by Kalyan Jagan, who wrote the screenplay for Ganesh Babu’s story.
A young man (Ajay Karthik) who comes to the city to work in a designing firm, stays on rent in Karunakaran’s (K. Bhagyaraj) house. Karunakaran has a daughter (Archana Nethran).
A few days ago, three persons who were renting the house were found dead by cutting and burning each other, paranormal events inside the house! He sees some strange figures and fears for his life.
If the house can be vacated, elder Karunakaran is forced to sell the house. If this young man vacates after three months, it will be confirmed that there is no ghost and the price of his house will go down. Otherwise it cannot be sold. Forn him he continued to stay in that house and what happened is the film

Movie Review-:
The way the three murder, suicide and burning scenes in the beginning of the film are shot is special. Kudos to director and cinematographer Ravi Shakti.
The fact that Bhagyaraj is a dead body in the very first scene that he appears at this point is mind boggling.
The deep silence is accompanied by sudden noises, strange figures, and the director tells a psychological tale of ghosts. A few things are worth noting. Trying to convey some things visually is also special.
Manu Ramesan’s understanding of background score and sound design is good and Sanmukharaja’s art direction also adds strength to the haunting feel of the film.
Hero Ajay Karthik is enthusiastic. Fear, confusion and fatigue are all beautifully shown in the eyes. The face also cooperates. If there are good screenplays, he will do well.A character who brings the truth to Natty Nataraj as an investigating officer.
VTV Ganesh as an actor tries to come up with a scene and make a comedy It would have been better if some of the so-called dreams had come true. There is a story inside. Trying to say it in a hurry at the last moment did not work.
