Story-:
A mother struggling to make ends meet as a sanitation worker supports her son’s dream of becoming a chess grandmaster. The film revolves around how a mother struggles to fulfill her son’s dream by overcoming poverty and social obstacles.
Away from the usual commercial path, the film has emerged as a work that strongly speaks to another side of the society. It is a sentimental story of a mother who works for her son who fights against poverty and aspires to become a chess grandmaster.

Another social justice film that says that birth is for all life
Master Ashwin, son of Aparnathy, the cleaner. He is more interested in playing chess than studying. Our society, steeped in inequality, places many barriers to his potential. Ashwin has no one to teach him chess, so Aparnathy himself teaches him. So Aparnathy is a chess player? What is his backstory? Has Ashwin succeeded in chess? The screenplay of the film unfolds
As the heroine of the story, Aparnathy has expressed very deep feelings with her good performance. His performance has helped the film.
Boy Ashwin is another pillar of the film. The scene where he puts the teacher in police station and invites him to play chess gets applause. Lingesh has done an excellent job with the character he has adopted. All the actors including Vetich Chehyan, Suresh Menen, Tamilarasi, Anbu have acted without going beyond the norm.
Dinesh Antony’s music gives enough mileage to the story. Cinematographer Arjun Ravi has done a great job.
While talent is timeless, not everyone has the opportunity to prove their talent. Director Vetrichezhiyan has tried to talk about this matter with a commercial aspect. The depth of the story is lacking in the screenplay.
The lack of organicity in the moving scenes is a big minus! Some quality scenes, including the scene where everyone helps the deceived boy to win the police station, bring the film to life.
“There are many paths for the runner, but there is only one path for the chaser.” Nach verses like that are also amazing. A salute to the master for giving a strong opinion despite the minor flaws!
