Story-;

A town called Rudravanam.. Year 1979.. An unexpected incident happens in the town that year. A couple is burn ed alive by villagers under the pretense of practicing witchcraft. After the Pushkaram that happened..that is, in 1 991, Surya (Sai Dharam Tej) comes to that village on a job. Apart from the beauty of the village.. Sarpanch (Rajiv Kanakala) daughter Nandini (Samyukta Menon) is loved at first sight. As their love story goes on.. one after anot her deaths occur in the village. With that, the village will be destroyed. But only after that the death toll increas es. How did the evil forces come to Amma’s village.. How did the hero stop them..? The real story is what caused the villagers to kill the couple. If we talk about ghosts and horror stories, we must first talk about the twists. The re is no interest in watching. Virupaksha is also one such suspense horror drama. This movie came with high tech nical values. Ghost stories are the ever green hit formula that never gets boring..

Many movies have proved that if a soul is left behind in the village and the script is written with armor, it is a hit. The same formula worked out for Virupaksha too. This is a ‘soul’ story seen in many movies. Although it is a famil iar story.. an interesting story.. Virupaksha has become special with amazing sound effects. This movie is technic ally very sound. The beginning of the movie is very interesting. A series of deaths slowly creeping into the story adds to the curiosity. Interval Block is great. The second half will answer the questions in the first half. No matter how gripping it seems.. there are some flaws in this story too. But Sukumar’s screenplay covers them. The climac tic twist is hard to predict. The same is a plus for the movie. Moreover, the last 30 minutes of the movie make you sit like that. It’s difficult to go into more detail in the review as we don’t want to give any twists.

Movie Review-;

In Rudravanam village, children are dying due to severe problem. But the villagers think that the children are dy ing because of the occult education done by the Venkatachalam family, who are new to the village and stay away from the people of the village. They all beat Venkatachalam and his wife and tied them to a tree in front of them and burned them. They have a child. His name is Bhairava. The villagers want to kill him too. However, village eld er Harishchandra Prasad (Rajeev Kankala) stops him and admits the boy to an orphanage. After twelve years, Su rya joins his mother in Rudravanam village. Because it is her hometown. Harishchandra Prasad wants land for a school there and she comes there with her son Surya.

Surya loves Harishchandra Prasad’s daughter Nandini (Samyuktha Menon) in the village. Nandini’s friend Sudha Pakka wants to marry Uri Kumar. At the same time, a person who was not seen in the town comes again during t he fair. On arrival, he goes to Amma’s temple and bleeds to death. With that, the village priest (Saichand) says th at it is bad luck for the village and says that everyone is happy. He says that if the evil is to go away, the village sh ould be sealed off. At the same time, the priest also orders Surya’s family to leave the village. Seeing Nandini tel ling him her love, Surya leaves for the end. At the same time Nandini gets fits. A situation arises where an inject ion is urgently needed for her.

With that, the sun passing through the town has to come back to the town before the eighth eclipse. The town wi ll be blockaded for 8 days and nights.At the same time, Sudha decides to break the Ashtadibandhana rule and ru n away with her lover Kumar for her love. But Kumar dies in a train accident. From there she steps into town wit hout telling anyone. With that, problems start in the town. Sudha dies. Two more will die. With that Surya, who is there, gets suspicious. After that, if the search is started, it will be known that Sudha is dead. With that, the real t ruths come out one by one. Who would want to kill the people in the original city? How did Surya save Rudravan a’s village? What is the shocking truth that Surya finally knows?

If you want to know about these things, you have to watch the movie. From the beginning of the film, doubts are created in the mind of the audience. Who is responsible for these occult worships? They are thinking that. They a re 100 percent successful in maintaining the suspense without revealing the real person till the end. So don’t exp ect too many tear-jerking scenes and thrilling thrills. Taking care not to go completely towards the horror side of the story, they made it thrilling in the thrilling range. Similarly, the climax twist is superb. Unlike regular horror t hriller movies, the director succeeds in showing a new story and setting up horror elements in the countryside. But the twist of who is the main villain is over .

Without elevating the heroism, this is a film with strong story. Sai Dharam Tej in the role of Surya believed the sc ript perfectly. In some scenes, Sai gave goose bumps with his next level performance. Sanyukta Menon once aga in got a powerful role. She took full advantage of the opportunity to prove herself as an actress beyond the conf ines of a commercial film heroine. Compared to the earlier films, this film has increased the dose of glamor a litt le. Sunil, Ajay, Brahmaji and Sai Chand have done justice to their respective roles in other key roles. Also, direc tor Karthik has proved that he has a good grip technically. He led the story by gently engaging the audience. Su kumar’s screenplay is gripping and does 100% justice. It must be said that cinematography and music also played an important role in the success of this film. The background score by Ajanish Loknath of “Kantara” fame has be come a big asset of the film. Producer BVSN Prasad’s production values are very good.
