Ayodhya is the released movie starring actor Sasikumar. This film is based on a true story, although there are so me logical violations… Mandira Kumar has directed the film very elegantly. Through this film, it is emphasized th at no matter how many religions there are in the society, only human is important. Yashpal Sharma is a very stric t husband and father who follows the Hindu faith in Ayodhya. Yashpal, who plans to go on a pilgrimage to Rames waram from Ayodhya, gets into a fight with the car driver on his way to Rameswaram with his family.
Then an un expected accident occurs. Yashpal’s wife was seriously injured in the accident and died on the way to the hospit al. Without even seeing the dead body of his wife, he should hold his own religion and conduct a religi ous fun er al. He prepares to go to Ayodhya after arguing with the doctor and the police that he should not do the post-mor tem. At the same time, Sasikumar comes to help the heroine who is mourning the loss of her mother in a langua ge-less town. The film tells how Sasikumar takes the body of the dead heroine’s mother to Ayodhya aft er overco ming various challenges.
