Chennai 07 November 20 22 RENOVATED LOCAL AUDIT OFFICE AND REGIONAL AUDIT OFFICE INAUGURATED The Office of the Local Audit Office [LAO (Army) Chennai] and the Office of the Regional Audit Office [RAO (ME S) Chennai] stationed in the Fort St George Campus, Chennai has been renovated. The Office which was establis hed during the year 1988 has been functioning under the aegis of Controller of Defence Accounts, Chennai. The office has been located in a building within the Fort St George campus which was constructed during the year 1730 and is more than 280 years old. Renovation for the office interiors has been taken on a war foot basis an d the offices have been refurbished. AIR FORCE MAINTENANCE COMMAND CHIEF  VISITED AIR FORCE STATION AVADI Chennai  04  November 2022             Air Marshal Vibhas Pande, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Maintenance Command, Indian Air Force visi ted Air Force Station Avadi from 01 Nov to 03 Nov 2022. Air Marshal was received by Air Commodore S Sivaku mar Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Avadi.  The AOC-in-C was presented with an impressive ‘Guard of Honour’ by parade contingent.             The dignitary was apprised on the role and task undertaken by Air Force Station, Avadi.
