Medavakkam residents celebrate Internati onal Yoga Day at Navin’s Star wood Towers
Chennai, June 21st, 2025: More than 500 people from different housing societie s in Medavakkam came together to mark the International Yoga Day. The event which took place at Navin’s Star wood Towers, Medavakkam had Yoga and Zumba sessions, along with lot of fun activities. Dr. R. Kumar- Founder, Chair man, Navin’s, Mrs. P. Bhavani, Executive Director, Navin’s and Ms. Ksheer Vasudha Kumar, Director, Navin’s were part of the event.
Reinforcing the importance of physical acti vity, Dr R Kumar said today’s housing societi es give more importance to space s which promote holistic well-being. He urged the participants to prioritize themselves, set healthy goals and work tow ards it.
