*An honor that crossed the seas to find sanitation worker Padma* *Malaysia’s Deputy Minister of Law honoured sanitation worker Padma by presenting a gold ring* Padma hails from Pillaiyar Koil Street, Triplicane, Chennai. A sanitation worker, she was engaged in cleaning work at T. Nagar on January 11 when she found an unattended bag containing 45 sovereigns of gold jewellery on the roadside. She immediately handed it over to the Pondy Bazaar Police Station. The jewellery was later safely returned to its rightful owner. Following this beautiful gesture, Padma started winning appreciations and was extolled with praises beyond the boundaries of Tamil Nadu. Honourable TN Chief Minister M.K.
