CII Dakshin has the potential to unite South India and Indian cinema: Mr Udhayanidhi Stalin Chennai, 19th April 2023: “The TN Government has allotted Rs. 1.5 crore towards preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the film ci ty project recently. The film city will be under the public-private partnership model. Also, to help the students to be more creative, the Government has increased the incentive from Rs 50,000 to Rs. 100,000 towards making s hort films.
