CREDAI Tamil Nadu to Host 5th Edition of STATECON and Launch FAIRBUILD 2026 in Chennai.
Chennai, October 2026: CREDAI Tamil Nadu will host the fifth edition of STATECON, its flagship platform for the State’s real estate and construction industry, on 11 and 12 October 2026 at [VENUE], Chennai. Alongside it, CREDAI Tamil Nadu will launch the first edition of FAIRBUILD 2026, a B2B construction and building materials expo. FAIRBUILD connects vendors, suppliers and original equipment manufacturers with real estate developers, architects and key decisionmakers. JLL is the Knowledge Partner for STATECON 2026.
