Antony Ashok Kumar, D irector, SRM Institute of Hotel Manage ment inaugurated the world record setti ng event for SRM’s Institute of Hotel Ma nagement where they created the first e ver World record of making 1993 baked methu vadas and sambhar dishes. These methu vada and sambhar dishes w ere arranged to form the emblems of SDG 2, Zero Hunger and the SRM IHM insig nia.
