Uber organizes vision correction camp for city drivers Conducts Free eye-tests for 1000 city drivers Tamil Nadu, 21 March 2023 : Uber successfully organized vision correction camps in Chennai for commercial dr ivers including those on the Uber platform. These camps were set up to offer free eye tests and corrective glass es to drivers in a bid to reduce road accidents caused due to faulty vision. Over 1000 commercial drivers got a ch ance to get their vision tested and received vision correction support at the camp. The beneficiaries were three-wheeler and four-wheeler drivers.
