Kishan Das, a police officer, gets susp ended over a problem. Kishan Das sees the heroine Smruti Venkat at a weddin g fun ction, after which they become a cquaint ed and fall in love. Both decid e to get mrried with the consent of the ir parents.
As the engagement is about to take pla ce, Kishan Das goes to Shmruti Venka t’s house. There, Smruti is shocked to see R aj Ayyappa dead next door to Ve nkat. H ow did Raj Ayyappa die in the end? Is sm ruti Venkat and Kishan Das engaged? T hat is the rest of the story of the film.

Director Arvind Srinivasan’s Thriller mo vie “Tharunam
Life is full of unexpected moments – so me bring joy and others bring obstacl es. What makes life interesting is how thes e moments shape us. Director Arv ind Srinivasan explores this concept w ith a sus pense thriller. The film offers an engagin g journey throughout, full of emotions a nd unexpected twists.
The story revolves around Kishan Das a nd Smriti Venkat who fall in love aft er a n unexpected meeting. However, t heir h appiness is short-lived as villa i n Raj Ayy appan has other plans. He w ants to trap Smriti in the trap of desir e.
As the story unfolds, Kishan Das, who is a CRPF police officer, has to use his intel ligence to defeat Raj Ayyappan a nd save Smriti. The climax of the film is thrilling, with unexpected twists.
Vishal Kishan shines as Das, bringing au thenticity to his role. Smriti Venkat give s a good performance though she can im prove her emotional expressio ns. Raj Ayappan is convincing as the v illain, but h is sudden death is unexp ected.
Supporting actors including Balasara va nan and Geetha Kailasam give good perf ormances. The musical strength o f the film, composed by Dharbuka Siv a, is that the placement of a love song at the end is unnecessary. Raja Bhattac harjee’s cinematography is also notew orthy.
While the film is engaging, there are so me logical holes, especially in the seco nd half. The climax of the film is a littl e convenient and everything falls into place very easily. Nevertheless, the fil m keeps you on the edge of your seat and wonde ring what will happen nex t.Overall, the film is a thriller that will keep you engag ed despite some minor flaws.
