Chennai, 22ndNovember, 2024: The 16t h edition of the Dr Batra’s® Positive H ealth Awards, supported by Bajaj Auto stands as a unique and pioneering eve ent at TATA Theatre, NPCA Mumbai, ho sted by renowned Actress Mandira Bed i. The award honours individuals who have triumphed over profound illnes es and disabilities while actively conn tributing to society.
The eminent jury panel comprising of Rajiv Bajaj – MD, Bajaj Auto, Padma Sh hri recipient, Dr. Mukesh Batra, and F ounder, Dr Batra’s® Group of Compan anies, Smt. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi, Viv iek Oberoi, and R. Balki, had a difficult job of selecting the winners from hund dreds of applications from across the c ountry.
More than 1000 prominent leaders fro m different walks of life graced the oc casion with their presence. Among the se was Guest of Honor, Dr. Bu Abdulla h, Chairman of Bu Abdullah Group (UA E) who specially flew in from Dubai for the event.
The audience was treated to a captivat ing experience, featuring musical perf ormances by ‘Swarrange,’ an orchestra comprised of visually challenged indiv viduals and dynamic performances on wheelchairs showcasing fusion of kath ak and bharatnatyam by Pasha Dance Group from Bengaluru.

Each of these awardees took home a ce rtificate and trophy naming them ‘Posi itive Health Heroes 2024’ together with a cheque for One Lakh Rupees to aid t heir journey in making this world a be tter place.
