The current project builds upon their engag ement since 202 2, that focused on upskilli ng IOCL’s staff and channel partners while b enefiting over 4 lakh beneficiaries. As part of this collaboration, Novac will ta ke on the end-to-end development of cust omized innovative eLearning modules cov ering 70 functions across IOCL’s sixcore di visions. The modules will leve rage advanc ed formats such as AV-style modules, imm ersive game-based learning, interactive vid deos, complex 3D chara cter animations, in fographic-driven visu als, and audio podca sts. These modules will be integrated seaml essly into IOCL’s Learning Management Sys tem (LMS), en suring accessibility for emp loyees acros s its vast network, including r emote and field teams.
