Story-:
What happens when a young man is forced to marry his angry boss in order to save his job? ‘Sandakari’ is a film that has come to tell this interesting subject in the background of comedy and family.
Maya (Shreya Saran) is working in a top position in a famous company in London. As good as he is at work, he is also angry. He keeps the office under his control by getting angry at even the smallest things and roasting his subordinates.
All those who came to work as Maya’s assistants ran away from the job within a few days as they could not bear her anger. It is in this situation that Vimal comes as his new assistant.
Even though he gets caught up with Maya in the beginning, Vimal does not run away from work like others and overcomes his anger and troubles and continues to work.

Meanwhile, Maya is trying to get London citizenship. Despite many attempts, he is unable to get it. That’s when he comes to the conclusion that if he gets married to Vimala, he will get a solution to his citizenship problem.
But he did not ask Vimal for love. In his usual action-packed style, he wants to marry himself; Otherwise he directly threatens that there will be no job.
Vimal, who was struggling to save her job with the boss, now has to marry the same boss.
After this, the story travels from London to Vimal’s hometown. Until then, the film moved as an office, boss – assistant conflict, but when it enters the city, it goes into another path of family, relationships, love and conflict.
Why does Vimal agree to Maya’s marriage proposal? Are the two really married? What happened after Maya came into Vimal’s family? Where does their relationship, which was formed out of necessity in the beginning, end up in the end? That is the rest of the story of the film.

Movie Review -:
Vimal is not new to such characters. He handles the character with ease using his usual natural acting and comedic timing. Especially in the places where he clings to Shreya and obeys her orders without any other choice.
Shreya Saran is coming as ‘Sandakari’ which is suitable for the name of the film. Maya has given the required pulse to the character of moving around the office with authority, keeping Vimala under her control, and stubbornness to achieve what she wants.

The main strength of the film is the conflict between Vimal and Shreya. Some of the comedy scenes made with them are enjoyable as both of them have opposite personalities.
Aamilipoo Geeta, Satyan, Prabhu, K.R. Other actors like Vijaya, Rekha, Dev Gill, Uma Padmanabhan, Crane Manohar, Mahanadi Shankar have done their job well.
Director R took the interesting subject of a boss thinking of marrying his assistant out of necessity. Mathesh, has tried to make it a complete comedy and family entertainer.
But, the interest of the story at hand is not fully reflected in the screenplay. As the pace of the film slows down at many places, the comedy scenes do not have the expected impact.
The pace and conflict, especially in the opening scenes in London, slows down at some points after the story reaches the city. The film would have been more lively if we had added some more edgy scenes and more comedy in the clashes between Vimal and Shreya.

RB Gurudev’s cinematography is a huge consolation for the film. He has presented the parts of London beautifully. Similarly, when the story shifted to the city, he changed his camera to suit the environment.
Amreesh’s music and background score have contributed to the film’s comedy and family scenes. Dinesh Ponraj’s cinematog raphy would have increased the pace of the film if the scenes had been cut a little tighter.
Even though both Vimal and Shreya have given their characters exactly what they need, the slow pace of the screenplay hampers the film. However, the conflict between the two, the comedy and the family background make the film enjoyable here and there.
All in all ‘Sandakari’ is a family entertainer with a mix of comedy and hilarity at times due to the conflicts of Vimal and Shreya’s alliance.
