Madras Studios has officially unveiled the first-look poster of its upcoming horror thriller ‘13’, featuring acclaimed music director and actor G.V. Prakash Kumar alongside celebrated filmmaker and actor Gautham Vasudev Menon in pivotal roles.
Marking an exciting return to the horror genre, G.V. Prakash Kumar is all set to revisit the space that brought him tremendous success with his blockbuster horror-comedy Darling. Eleven years after the film’s success, the actor returns with 13, a supernatural horror thriller that promises an intense cinematic experience filled with suspense, mystery, fear and unexpected twists.
The newly unveiled first-look poster presents G.V. Prakash Kumar and Gautham Vasudev Menon in striking and mysterious appearances, offering audiences an intriguing glimpse into the film’s dark and unsettling world. With its ominous atmosphere and suspenseful visual treatment, the poster sets the tone for a gripping narrative that explores the terrifying mysteries concealed within darkness.
Written and directed by Vivekh K, 13 unfolds against the haunting backdrop of a dense forest, where unexplained occurrences, supernatural forces and a mysterious connection to the number ’13’ form the foundation of the story. Inspired by elements of real-life incidents, the film explores the terrifying experiences of individuals who find themselves trapped in circumstances beyond human understanding.
