INDIAN COAST GUARD RESCUED 03 STRANDED PERSONS Chennai 08 December 2022 INDIAN COAST GUARD RESCUED 03 STRANDED PERSONS ONBOARD FPU TAHARA DURING CYCLONE MANDOUS In a valiant act, Coast Guard Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) rescued 03 stranded persons from Floating Pro duction Unit (FPU) Tahara located 30 NM off Cuddalore at sea. The FPU is falling right on the track of Cyclone Mandous. During the night of 07 Dec 22, Coast Guard received information from office of Director General of Hydrocar bo n about personnel stranded in FPU Tahara and requested for emergency evacuation.
