The Office which was establis hed during the year 1988 has been functioning under the aegis of Controller of Defence Accounts, Chennai. The office has been located in a building within the Fort St George campus which was constructed during the year 1730 and is more than 280 years old. Air Marshal was received by Air Commodore S Sivaku mar Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Avadi.  The AOC-in-C was presented with an impressive ‘Guard of Honour’ by parade contingent.             The dignitary was apprised on the role and task undertaken by Air Force Station, Avadi.
