Globally acclaimed franchises such as The Conjuring and Evil Dead have sustained this phenomenon for years, keeping audiences invested in their ever-expanding worlds.
On the Indian panorama, only a select few franchises have cultivated such enduring fascination. Tamil cinema proudly boasts one such phenomenon in Demonte Colony. What began nearly 11 years ago has grown into one of the country’s most followed horror franchises, with every announcement continuing to spark curiosity and conversation among its fans.

Carrying a franchise forward through a direct sequel is not an easy task, and what he achieved with Demonte Colony 2 was truly remarkable. Hearing such reactions made me even more interested in being a part of this franchise.
Today, after watching the final version of Demonte Colony 3, I feel proud to be associated with this project. The film has several surprises in store for audiences. Arulnithi, Ajay Gnanamuthu, and the entire team have taken this franchise forward with great conviction and responsibility. We will soon be kick-starting the promotional and marketing phase.”
