TAMILNADU NCC DIRECTORATE GETS SILVER MEDAL
IN ALL-INDIA SHOOTING COMPET ITION
Karnataka & Goa NCC Directorate emer ged victorious in the Inter-Directorate S ports S hooting Competition (IDSSC) for the year 2024. NCC Directorates across India comp eted in the annual event held at Tiruchirap alli, conducted by the NCC Directorate of Tamilnadu Pondicherry & Andaman Nicob ar.
The week-long competition was conclu ded with a fanfare to day. 300 NCC Cad ets from 17 NCC Dire ctorates participa ted in the ev ent. Win ning three Gold, th ree Silver and three Bronze medals, Kar nataka & Goa NC C D irectorate topped the medal tally. The hosts Tamilnadu ca me as the Runners up with three Gold, one Silver and three Bron ze medals. Od isha Directorate secured the third pos ition winning one Gold and one Sil ver.
