The South Indian Film Chamber of Com merce expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the Honourable Chief Minister of Ta mil Nadu, Thiru M.K. Stalin, for accept ing the request of The South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce and reducing the Local Body Entertainment Tax on films from eight percent to four percent.
Reduction of the Local Body Entertainment Tax has long been a consistent plea from the Tamil film industry. The South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce took the initiative to bring this matter to the attention of the Tamil Nadu Government.
