Having begun his cinematic journey with the film 'Vallavan', lyricist Karunakaran has overcome numerous hurdles to become a poet whose songs now feature in several films.
Following the appreciation received for his recent works in films such as 'Nirvagam Poruppalla' and 'Kinaru', he is currently penning lyrics for 'Magudam' starring Vishal, as well as 'Life Today' and other movies. He is also writing for leading composers including Yuvan Shankar Raja, Anirudh, and G.V. Prakash.
