This movie serves as his moment to give back to the community as a responsible citizen and a prudent film producer.

Through the protagonist’s point of view, the film exposes the human trafficking of illeg al immigrants, especially children. City of Dreams is the story of 1 out of 12 million ki ds who are trafficked into the United States, fueling a 50 billion dollar trafficking ring th at exploits illegal immi grant children for la bor and sex.
