Nibav Home Lifts inaugurates its Fifth and Largest Manufacturing Facility in Chennai
· With the addition of this new facility, the overall production of the company has increased to 15,000 units per year.

National, 28th November 2024: Nibav Home Lifts, Asia’s largest home elevat or brand, has inaugurated its fifth and largest manufacturing facility located in Chennai. With this strategic additio n, the company will increase its overa ll production capacity from 7,500 units to 15,000 units per year from across all its manufacturing facilities.
Strategically located in SIPCOT – Irung atukottai, the state-of-the-art unit is sp rawled across 1,00,000 sq.ft. and will d edicatedly manufacture the company’s latest home elevator range – Nibav Ser ies 4. With this move, the company will also generate 450 job opportunities acr oss functions in the region.
The new facility has highly efficient m anufacturing lines and packaging to en sure higher output and decrease the w astage of resources. The factory also b oasts of advanced features like latest l aser cut machines, CNC machines, pow der coating unit, robotic machineries a nd test tower. With laser-sharp focus o n innovation and quality, Nibav Home Lifts in this new facility also has set-up a dedicated R&D lab that will focus on further strengthening the design and t echnology behind Nibav’s Air-driven h ome lifts.
