The new center will create around 700 job opportunities over the next five ye ars, providing high-quality employme nt in healthcare RCM to local talent. In finx has partnered with esteemed educ ational institutions to recruit and trai n graduates. The joiners will receive role-specific tr aining that covers technical skills, pro cesses, and methodologies required fo r healthcare revenue cycle manageme ent (RCM). It has devised various comp etency-based learning & development programs such as the ACE (Associate Competency Excellence) initiative and GROW (Get Ready For Opportunities fo r Work).
